Whether you're looking to enhance your physical fitness, reduce stress, or find mental clarity, our activities cater to all levels of experience and aim to recharge your energy, mind, and body.

These RECHARGE activities provide various ways to enhance both physical and mental well-being, combining workouts, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness practices. 

Boxing

Unleash your strength and focus with high-intensity boxing workouts. After a class, you leave feeling stronger and energized.

Yoga

Improve flexibility, build strength, and promote overall balance through mindful movement.

Breathwork: The power of breath

Take a fresh look at the mundane breathing activity. Learn focused breathing techniques and experience deep relaxation, better focus and improved energy.

Mindfulness

Center yourself and find calm amidst the chaos. Mindfulness helps you to be present in the moment, develop self-awareness and leaving you feeling clear-headed.
